Double Time’s Co-founder and VP Engineering, Shao Fang, was previously Service Max’s VP Engineering where he pioneered their cloud-based field service operations capabilities.

The company is based in Palo Alto and venture funded by The Hive.

Spark Eighteen helped define the stealth mode of Double Time from their concept mode to building a brand identity, and giving the solution a use-case specific face. Currently, we work in agile ways on design and product dimensions that include Branding, UI/UX Design and Frontend Engineering.
